Dr Cyril O. Ugwuoke

Dr Cyril O. Ugwuoke was born on July 1, 1968 in the present day Enugu State of Nigeria. He attended Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu, where he obtained his B.Sc degree in Sociology and Anthropology in 1999. He went to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, for his Postgraduate studies where he obtained his Master Degree in Criminology in 2006 and his Ph.D in Criminal Justice in 2014. Dr Ugwuoke had taught in number of universities in the past 14 years and presently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. An extensively published criminology, Dr. Ugwuoke had many of his journal articles published by highly indexed publishing organizations like Thomson Routers and Scimago. He had attended and presented papers in many local and international conferences. In addition, Dr Ugwuoke is a reviewer to many local and international journals. Dr. Ugwuoke sits in many university administrative committees including Faculty and Departmental Postgraduate Committees.

Terms of Reference
(1)To formulate and recommend to the Board a suitable personnel policy covering areas as:
- recruitment
- remuneration
- training
- motivation
- condition of service
- discipline of staff
- welfare of staff
(2)To conduct yearly appraisal of staff of the Bank and make appropriate recommendations to the Board.
(3)To recommend to the Board strategies for increased community participation in the Banks services.
(4)To make recommendations to the Board on the relationship between liquid assets and deposit liabilities.
(5)To recommend to the Board investments to be sought; their outlays, viability, etc.
(6) To undertake any other assignments given to it by the Board.
